Auto Body Repair
Instructor: Blake Winters
My name is Blake Winters, and I have been the Auto Body instructor at IVVC since 2015. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration from Columbia College and completed my auto body training at Waubonsee Community College. I have worked in dealerships, auto body shops, custom and restoration body shops for eight years. One of my hobbies is custom paint and pinstriping. I have I-CAR and AWS certifications for non-structural repairs and refinishing. I chose to teach because I saw a need for new technicians and wanted to help bring more people into the industry.
